This past weekend, the Gridless CORE played a key role for Texas Task Force One (TX-TF1) in an annual deployment exercise. Every year, TX-TF1 stays sharp by simulating disaster deployments and practicing emergency procedures. This year, Gridess technology was deployed to power TX-TF1’s command center.

Though the exercises started out as a simulation, the situation escalated unpredictably. During the second day of the training, tornadoes devastated parts of Arkansas and Kansas. Texas Task Force One was activated to respond the emergency situation in Arkansas.

Gridless technology was so effective during the training, it was immediately deployed with the team in order to provide reliable power in this live situation.

With successful deployments in multiple natural disasters the Gridless team is constantly adding features and modifying its products to be able to power any emergency response situation.
